What is useful to send
A correction, with a source
A link, a timestamp in an official video, or a screenshot from the retail build. Anything that lets us verify it.
A source we missed
If you found an official statement, a patch note or a hands-on report this site has not used, send it. We will credit the find.
A broken link
Especially anywhere the game has moved a store page or renamed a channel.
A gap worth filling
If a question you searched for has no answer here, that is useful information on its own.
What this address cannot do
It cannot help you with a bug, a refund, a missing pre-order bonus, a broken save or a support ticket. This site has no relationship with One More Level, Lyrical Games or any platform holder. For anything to do with the game itself, use the publisher's own support channel at support@omlgames.com.
Corrections and coverage policy
When we get something wrong, the fix is visible rather than silent. Corrections change the page content and move its Last updated date, because the date on a page is meant to be useful rather than decorative. If a correction is substantial enough to change the advice, we would rather rewrite the section than bolt a footnote onto the end of it.
We do not publish review scores, we do not accept paid placements, and we do not run advertising. That means nothing on this site exists because somebody paid for it to. It also means the site has no revenue, which is why the update cadence is one person's spare hours and not a content pipeline.

How long does a reply take?
Usually within a few days. This is a one-person site, so during a launch window it can take longer. Corrections with a source attached get answered first.
Can you help me with a game problem?
No. This site is not customer support and has no connection to the developer or publisher. For technical problems use the publisher’s own support channel.
Do you accept paid placements or sponsored posts?
No. There is no advertising, no affiliate links and no sponsored content on this site, and we do not accept payment for coverage.
