Privacy Policy

This site does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell anything to anyone. There is no analytics script that identifies you individually, no pixel, and no third-party marketing tag.

Two things are written to your device’s local storage, and both exist purely so a feature on the page works:

• Trophy tracker progress on the achievements page, stored under the key vm:trophies. It records which trophies you have ticked. It is never transmitted anywhere and there is no account.
• A countdown layout preference, stored under the key vm:countdown-pref, which remembers whether you collapsed the launch countdown.

You can clear both at any time with the reset control on the achievements page, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. Neither value contains personal information.

Video is embedded using the YouTube privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play: before that, the page shows a locally hosted preview image, so no request leaves this site.

Once you click play, YouTube and Google may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies, over which this site has no control. If you never click, nothing is loaded.

The site is served as static files from a hosting provider. Like any web host, it may record standard request data such as IP address, user agent and timestamp for security and abuse-prevention purposes. That data is retained by the provider under their own policy and is not used by this site to identify individuals.

Outbound links take you to other sites, including official storefronts and social platforms. Those destinations have their own privacy policies. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies.

If you email hi@valormortisguide.wiki, your message and address are used only to reply to you. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold and not shared. You can ask for the correspondence to be deleted at any time.

This site covers a game rated Mature 17+ and is not directed at children. No account, profile or personal data collection exists here for anyone of any age.

Because this site collects no personal data of its own, there is nothing here to export or erase beyond the local storage values described above, which live on your device rather than ours and which you can clear yourself.

Any privacy question can be sent to hi@valormortisguide.wiki.
