Confirmed by trophy list only. The pairing of a clinical designation with "Lament of the Limbs" is unambiguous in tone: this is the plague's manufactory made flesh. One More Level's own Ghostrunner pedigree suggests the fight may lean on verticality, which would make the confirmed Grapple traversal tool part of the encounter rather than just the level.
